The building was designed by the integral SSP planning team with a view to the future and flexible use. The open, modular office areas allow users to customise the layout, enabling them to respond to a wide range of requirements in a modern working environment.
In addition to open-plan office use, the building can also be used to host seminars, exhibitions and trade fairs in the new media centre. High-quality outdoor areas, green roofs and extensive landscaping complement the project in a sustainable manner.
